Returns & Refunds Policy

To provide you a complete service when shopping with us, please keep in accordance with our "Returns & Refunds" policy. 

  • Should you wish to return any goods for any reason, you need to contact us first by either phone or e-mail to confirm your return. (14 days of receipt of your order)
  • Any goods sent back to DNA Genetics without prior consent from DNA Gifts BV will be sent back at your cost. 
  • Returned goods must be in new, unused and in their original packaging condition.

Returns Responsibility

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until you reach us; we advise that you use proof of postage or signed for delivery to ensure no problems. Make sure to list your order number and any information to help with processing. The goods should be sent back with a recorded service, as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post. 

Please make sure your details are 100% correct and fully completed before submitting and processing your order. If your order is returned to our office we will be happy to re-send it. If your order is NOT returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.

We are happy to assist you with any problems or queries about your order within 30 days from the date when the order is sent.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund.  Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above. Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.


If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above. Please note this does not apply to cannabis seeds and only merchandise items. Returned goods must be new, unused and in they’re original packaging. Please detail, which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.

We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped.If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.

Cancelling Order Information

If your order has been paid for and you do not want the items you can request to change them for another item(s) of equal or lesser value. We do not offer any refunds once an order has been processed fully on our website.
