Shipping Destinations

DNAGenetics.eu can ship within the EU. We do not ship to Switzerland, Canary Islands, and Norway.

Delivery Times

All orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are processed once we have received bank transfer payments, credit card authorization, and verification have been obtained. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard postal shipping for orders to the EU only. Please note we DO NOT ship seeds to U.S.A

Shipping Cost

Our shipping cost is €10 for all orders within the EU. When you place an order at DNAGenetics.EU and if your shopping basket is higher than €100, you will receive free shipping. DNA Genetics includes VAT Duties & taxes up to 21%

UK Orders

The United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. Our delivery service to the UK is not operating currently. 

Public Holidays

Please excuse any delay in response or fulfillment of orders due to public and/or national holidays. DNA Genetics is committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner, however, at these times, it may take a little bit of extra time to receive your order due to the national postal service during these holidays. All orders placed on a public holiday in NL will be processed on the next working day and will be sent out ASAP.

Shipping Carrier

All orders will be shipped using KDZ Express B.V. (Fast Delivery within the EU.) Please ensure that you have written your shipping and billing address correctly..

NOTE: DNA Genetics fulfills and ships all orders as they come in and in a timely fashion. We pride ourselves on being able to provide our customers with the fastest and most convenient shipping method possible.
